What is a Customer Data Hub (CDH)?

A data hub is a database system that is well defined and configured, and “plug-and-play” ready for database users. A data hub pipes in databases and datasets from multiple sources into one central access point, organizes and harmonizes the data into meaningful and usable formats ready for downstream customer consumption.

How does a Customer Data Hub work?

Acho Studio has all the tools in place to help Acho users construct their own Customer Data Hub.Different data sources can be configured, and scheduled to be automatically piped into Acho, from there the datasets are organized into meaningful projects, and post ingestion processing can be configured to ensure data is cleansed, combined, and normalized for consumption.
